Formularbasierte Anliegen-Assistenten der Fa. Form-Solutions sind eine Möglichkeit, die Anforderungen des Online-Zugangsgesetzes (OZG) umzusetzen. Dieses schreibt allen Kommunen vor, ihre Dienstleistungen bis Ende 2022 online zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Seit dem 1. Januar 2020 haben die beiden ostwestfälischen IT-Dienstleister GKD Paderborn und krz Lemgo ihre technischen Leistungen in einem gemeinsamen Zweckverband gebündelt, der Ostwestfalen-Lippe-IT (OWL-IT).
Mit dem Onlinezugangsgesetz (OZG) vom 14. August 2017 hat der Gesetzgeber Bund, Länder und Kommunen verpflichtet, alle ihre Dienstleistungen bis Ende 2022 auch online anzubieten. Um die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung anzugehen, führte die GKD Paderborn am 09. Oktober 2019 eine Informationsveranstaltung durch.
Die IT-Verantwortlichen der bei der GKD Paderborn angeschlossenen Verwaltungen waren im Juli zu Besuch im Kommunalen Rechenzentrum Minden-Ravensberg/Lippe (krz). Der IT-Lenkungsausschuss informierte sich hier über die Planungen für die OWL-IT und lernte die Abteilungsleiter des zukünftigen gemeinsamen Rechenzentrums von GKD und krz in Lemgo kennen.
Zu einem Erfahrungsaustausch trafen sich Vertreter der Modellkommunen in OWL mit Michael Schuchardt, dem Leiter des Competence Centers (CC) Digitalisierung beim KDN Dachverband.
